The Carrie Sweater Tube-Skirt is made with a classic striped seersucker stitch, to pull-on and go as an easy wardrobe stable. The skirt has a flattering high-waist proportion with a elasticated, ribbed, waistband trim to position where suits.  For a head-to-toe sweater-dressing look, style back to the matching Helene stripe top.

Exchanges/Returns must be received within 14 days of the original ship date. Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation email when your exchanges/credits are processed. We will deduct $10 from the refund if our domestic free-shipping option was used. We do not refund shipping costs.
