At the moment, we only ship within the continental US, but we one day hope to bring our finely curated boutique to customers all around the world.
HOW WILL I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER & WHEN WILL PAYMENT BE DEDUCTED?
After you place your order, you will be sent an email notification to confirm that it has been received. Your credit/debit card will only be charged once the item(s) have shipped. Please note that some banks and credit card companies may place a temporary hold on the funds prior to when the order payment is actually charged by MAISON DE MODE. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are no longer available, our customer service representative will contact you by email and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.
DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No, you can shop at MAISON DE MODE without creating an account. However, register with us and you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits through your MAISON DE MODE account: • Review past purchases • Print a return label if you need to make a return • Manage your account details, address book and email preferences • To create an account, simply go to the Register page and fill in your details.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE PRODUCTS YOU SELL ARE AUTHENTIC?
As an authorized online distributor for all of the designers we feature, we unconditionally guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic. Please note that we are unable to comment on the authenticity of any items not purchased from MAISON DE MODE.
WHICH SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?
As sizes can vary greatly by designer, our customer care team can answer all your questions on sizing and fit – simply email email@example.com.
HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?
All items are in stock unless Sold Out is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, until you have completed your order it can still be bought by another customer. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to find out if there is a wait list for that item.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES MAISON DE MODE ACCEPT?
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Payment is only debited from your card at time of shipment.
IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE AT MAISON DE MODE ?
At MAISON DE MODE, your personal online security is important to us. We use Shopify, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details, to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through our secure checkout system. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company. If you prefer, you may place your order by telephone with our customer service team.
HOW MUCH TAX WILL I HAVE TO PAY?
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the Order Summary page.
DOES MAISON DE MODE SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDER AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
MAISON DE MODE’s sustainable efforts continue with carbon neutral shipping from UPS and offers two-day shipping and standard shipping. Processing begins one business day after being placed. Two-day shipping is not available for items shipping from international designers. You will not have the option to select two day shipping for items shipping from international designers at checkout. Items shipping from international designers can take up to ten (10) days to arrive. They are shipping from around the world, so they will take longer to get to you.
DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY?
Not at the moment, but hopefully soon.
IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from MAISON DE MODE to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.
DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?
A signature requirement can be waived for packages delivered by UPS. Orders shipping from international designers do require a signature.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?
We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure that you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting Orders in the ‘My Account’ section.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
We aim to ship all orders as early as 24 hours from when placed. Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a guide and commence from the date of shipping, MAISON DE MODE is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. Items shipping from international designers can take up to ten (10) days to arrive. They are shipping from around the world, so they will take longer to get to you. If you have registered with MAISON DE MODE, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting Orders in the My Account section. If you are not registered, sign up now so you can track future orders.
WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?
