The MASTANI Cape is hand-made from 100% Silk Organza with "Shibori" Tie Dye technique in Sherbet. The silhouette features a high collar secured with buttons at the back of the neck, with fabric floating across the shoulders and chest, decorated with ornate hand-smocking. This stunning accessory is the perfect layering piece over a MASTANI Silk Slip Dress.

Mottled, pebble-like textures are transposed onto sheer silk organzas in a vibrant orange derived from madder root pigment. Our partner dyeing artisans have experimented with Japanese “Shibori” techniques using all-natural dye pigments. Silk panels are wrapped around poles, with ties and clamps used as resists to create unique print effects.

Each tie-dye garment has a unique pattern due to the individual printing process and will have subtle variations from the one shown.

Mastani offers returns on full priced and sale items when garments are returned within 14 days of receiving your online order. Returns are processed within 3 working days of arriving back to Mastani. Refunds are processed back via the original payment method. Mastani can also offer exchanges, subject to product availability at the time. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned garments to Mastani. We recommend using a traceable postal service as Mastani will not be responsible for return parcels lost in transit. To arrange a return, exchange or store credit please contact armadale@mastani.com.au to generate a return authorisation. Return Conditions: Garments must be returned unworn and unwashed in a saleable condition. This means that they should be clean without deodorant, perfume or makeup stains, with original tags attached and in their original packaging. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted. Mastani reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
