All merchandise must be returned with their original packaging. Merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in an unaltered condition. To send your return back to us, simply follow the below steps: - Please email sales@adrianacastro.co to request an RA#. - Provide your RA# on the return form that was included in your shipment. - Repackage the item(s) you would like to return along with the completed return slip. - Place the prepaid FedEx return label that has been emailed to you with the requested RA# on the outside of the box you’ll ship back to us. - Drop off your shipment at any FedEx facility. Upon receipt of returned goods, Adriana Castro reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Exchanges Unfortunately we are unable to process exchanges online in our system at this time.Should you be interested in a different size, color or style, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Refunds Once our warehouse receives and processes your return, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 14 business days. You will be refunded the amount you originally paid when purchasing, excluding shipping charges. Keep in mind that Made to Order, CYO (Create Your Own) and Final Sale items are non refundable. Adriana Castro is unable to refund taxes/duties since it's the country as to which the order is shipped that collects the taxes/duties. Quality Guarantee In the case you receive a damaged item please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
